Our products come with a year of updates and technical support when you purchase an annual license. Payment for continued use of the software, technical assistance, and product upgrades will be due annually in line with the terms of the valid offer. If you buy a lifetime license for one of our products, you'll get free updates and technical support from us every year. Access to technical assistance and product updates for the following years will be charged following the terms of the active deal. We reserve the right to institute new fees at any time for future services and modify existing fees and prices as we see fit. If we decide to implement a fee for the service, we will let you know in advance. 9 The schedule for Technical Help
Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Only during such times will requests for technical support be processed. There will be no access to technical support on weekends or holidays.
